Meet Mandee. She grew up in and continues to live in the Spokane area. Her and her husband raised their family in the beautiful Inland Northwest. In the summer months, her and her family enjoy hiking, mountain biking, fishing and boating activities on the dozens of lakes and rivers in the area, but especially at their lake home on Priest Lake in Idaho. Winter brings the joy of snowmobiling and ATV riding in the spectacular local mountain ranges in both Eastern Washington and North Idaho. The Inland Northwest is the perfect playground for her family’s outdoor lifestyle.

Mandee stumbled into her real estate career in 2004 when her and her husband took the plunge into the real estate investment world building a rental portfolio as well as reconditioning deteriorating houses into lovely homes for people in the community. The joy it brought to re-create a worn down house and turn it into a beloved home filled her.  She was hooked and was officially licensed in 2005, shortly after closing on their first investment property. 

People and relationships are Mandee’s passion and she doesn’t take for granted the trust that her clients put in her while helping guide them thru, what can be, the largest investment of their life. Ethics, trust and honest communication are not just buzz words to her, but the values and standards that she lives by in her personal life and her career. Mandee’s efficient transaction management, contract knowledge and negotiation practices are sharply polished skills. 

She is licensed in both Washington and Idaho and specializes in all things Residential. From investment properties to vacation/waterfront homes, first time home buyers to Premier properties, new construction, land and everything in between.
